
Nick Wilson’s journey started on a small farm in New Hampshire and took him to a 9,000-acre cattle ranch in Colorado. During the off-season, he guided elk hunts and handled the processing of the harvested game.
Nick’s path eventually led him back to central New Hampshire, where he worked with an established local butcher, learning the operational side of the business. In 2023, Nick purchased that business. Today, Circuit Creek Meat is dedicated to building strong relationships with local farmers and delivering top-quality beef and pork to customers.
