Custom-Cut Meats

Do you sell whole animals?
Yes, we sell whole cattle and pigs.

How much meat can I expect from a whole beef?
Typically, a whole beef will provide about 800 lbs. hanging weight, including bones, fat, burger etc. After cutting, you’ll likely see about 500 lbs. of meat. There may be some variation and these numbers can fluctuate.

Can I customize my meat cuts?
Absolutely! We offer fully customized cutting services to meet your specific preferences.

How soon will my order be ready?
For custom-cut meat orders, your order will typically be ready within three months, depending on the time of the year. In the fall, we focus on processing animals for local farmers, as that work is time-sensitive.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
A truck or car with ample trunk space. Depending on the time of year and the distance you’re driving, you may want to bring some coolers for your meat.

How will my order be packaged?
All orders are packaged by cut, individually vacuum-sealed, and labeled in boxes. Safe handling instructions for the meat and date of processing are included.

How long can I store my order in the refrigerator or freezer?
A unopened, vacuum-sealed package may be stored in refrigerator for approximately one week. Unopened meat packages stored in the freezer should last quite some time.

Can you ship my order?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer shipping.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Contact us for more information.

Do you offer subscriptions?
No, we do not offer subscriptions at this time.
