For many farmers in Central New Hampshire, accessing professional processing facilities can be a challenge. At Circuit Creek Meat, our USDA-inspected facility in Hebron, NH, provides clean, reliable, and consistent beef and pig processing services. We ensure that every animal is handled humanely in a stress-free environment to maintain the quality and integrity of the meat.

We process domestic animals (e.g., beef, pigs) on-site at our facility. Ideally, farmers bring their live animals to our facility and we handle the processing. In some situations, we will process animals that have been slaughtered off-site; please contact us first. We have holding pens on-site and typically process the animals on the day they’re delivered to our facility.

We process your order to your specifications, based on your preferences. All orders are packaged by cut, individually vacuum-sealed, and labeled in boxes. Safe handling instructions for the meat and date of processing are included. 

At Circuit Creek Meat, we do not smoke meat, but we’re happy to provide local recommendations for you to consider. You’ll be responsible for delivering your cut meat to your chosen smoker.
